Tab and Link Manager 4 ChangeLog Version 4.0.003

Fixed two bugs in the Impex system, which we found while updating to this version (see Bug #2).

Fixed bug where in some cases the copyright was displayed in the footer more than once (see Bug #3).

Added three new features that have been requested by customers:

Tab positioning on the NavBar (3 locations available for each tab)
Target attribute for Links and SubMenu Links (Allows a link to open in the same browser window/tab or another browser window/tab)
Tab/Link/SubMenu Link titles can now be either text or be a phrase (allowing for translations on multi-language forums)
