Default find a way to count how many people answer an unanswered thread...

o, hope it's not too confusing - Mosh has a mod over at vb.org, for a way to search through a forum or a board for an unanswered thread. I am looking for a way to try and reward my people who actually do take the time to check it and mae sure there are no unanswered threads. I was thinking someone it could be with a counter, and when they are the first poster to post on a thread that was searched and found 'no posts', that it could start a counter that can show up in their posbit, with something like

"jilly has answered X number of previously unread threads"

or something like that, just some way, some how of letting members indicate to the community how much time and effort that have spent answering previously skipped or missed threads..

    Hi Jilly,

Welcome to Wolfshead Solutions, it is nice to see a familiar face from vBulletin.org

I like it, it is a good idea that I may look into once Internet Brands has released vBulletin v4.0.4 and added back in the ability to actually search for thread with zero replies (which they removed when creating vBulletin 4) and I have had a chance to port both of my zero reply hacks to vBulletin 4. I am not sure if I will look into this for the v3.8.x branch, but if I have time and am not dealing with paid work and the inclination to do so, then it may there may also be a v3.8.x release too.

    Regards,

    Mosh Shigdar, Wolfshead Solutions.
