1. I noticed that to see the submenu in your forum, you have to click the "Links" button, is it possible to have it displayed simply by hovering over it?

2. Is it possible to have 2 columns to display submenus (e.g. on lawyers.com)

Yes, you would just need to alter the CSS.

No, this product works exactly like the default vBulletin NavBar does at the moment. Future versions may well introduce enhancements such as additional columns, but that will be a while away.
